FAQ
Clean and capture is an innovative high pressure cleaning method employed by Floor Care Specislists. It involves a highly effective rotational pressure cleaning process combined with simultaneous vacuuming.
Here’s how it works: Our state-of-the-art machine disperses hot water at high pressure, effectively breaking up and loosening dirt, grease, and other contaminants on the surface. Simultaneously, the powerful vacuum system swiftly collects and removes the wastewater, leaving the surface impeccably clean and completely dry.
This clean and capture process ensures thorough and efficient cleaning, allowing us to achieve exceptional results while minimising any water residue or potential damage. Trust in our advanced clean and capture technology to rejuvenate your surfaces and create a pristine environment.
At Floor Care Specislists, we prioritise sustainability in our cleaning practices. To achieve this, we utilise Sierra Citrus 6000, an eco-friendly citrus all-purpose cleaner and degreaser, for our commercial pressure cleaning and soft washing services.
Sierra Citrus 6000 was developed in response to the growing need for environmentally responsible alternatives to harsh solvents. It is specifically formulated to meet this demand while maintaining high cleaning efficiency.
Sierra Citrus 6000 is approved for use in the food processing and export industries, reflecting its safety and compliance with strict standards. With the highest level of AQIS approval, you can trust that our commercial pressure cleaning methods align with the highest environmental standards.
Floor Care Specislists is fully equipped with a water supply for most jobs. Our trucks carry an average of 800 litres of water to ensure efficient and effective cleaning. In cases where the job requires more water than our trucks can accommodate, we will connect to a tap onsite to ensure a continuous water supply throughout the cleaning process. Rest assured; we have you covered with the necessary water resources for a successful cleaning job.
Floor Care Specislists uses advanced pressure cleaning equipment to deliver exceptional results. While the average household pressure cleaner typically operates at around 1800 – 2400 PSI (Pounds per square inch), our professional machines can reach up to an impressive 7000 PSI. This higher pressure allows us to tackle even the toughest dirt, grime, and stubborn build-up, ensuring a thorough and effective cleaning of all hard surfaces. Trust our powerful equipment to deliver outstanding pressure cleaning results that exceed your expectations.
